Platform
The tenant portal is your control center after you sign in to your workspace. All day-to-day tasks — monitoring services, copying credentials, billing, and settings — happen here.
How to open the portal
- Go to your workspace URL:
https://<subdomain>.aysali.com - Sign in at
/signin - You are redirected to
/portal(WhatsApp section by default)
Your exact workspace URL is also shown on the Settings page.

Some sidebar items (WhatsApp, Aysali Bot, SMS Gateway) include a video icon next to the service name. Click it to watch the introductory video for that service.
Account status badges
Next to your name in the sidebar you may see:
| Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Subscribed | Active paid subscription |
| Free / trial | Trial or non-paid period |
| Suspended | Account restricted — contact support |
| Expired | Subscription ended — renew from Billing |
| Partner | Distributor account with extra WhatsApp Subscribers features |
When your account is suspended or expired, service pages may show a notice instead of full controls until billing is resolved.

Use the copy buttons next to each field. API keys and tokens can be hidden or revealed with the eye icon.
Service availability
Each service page checks:
- Whether the service is enabled on your plan
- Whether the subscription for that service is active
If a service is not subscribed, you see an upgrade or add service panel with a link to request the add-on.
Tips
- Bookmark your workspace portal URL for quick access.
- After changing subscription or add-ons, refresh the page or sign out and back in if a service still appears unavailable.
- Use Settings → Workspace URL to copy the link for your team.
