Messages
Show a pop-up notification to all users.
Configure this under Settings → Messages → Popup message in your Aysali Bot admin panel.
What visitors see
When Active is enabled, a small pop-up appears on pages that load the chat widget. It can include a Profile image, Title, and Message text. Visitors dismiss it with the close icon.
The pop-up is shown above the chat launcher and is separate from the chat conversation.

Example workflow

Enable and compose
Turn on Active, upload an optional Profile image, and write Title and Message.

Mobile (optional)
Enable Hide on mobile if the pop-up should appear on desktop only.

Save and preview
Save settings and open your site with the chat widget in a private window to preview the pop-up.

Verify dismiss
Close the pop-up and reload the page — it should remain hidden.
