Messages
Present a privacy message accompanied by Accept and Decline buttons. The user must click Accept before they can use the chat. This helps enforce your privacy policy and support GDPR-style consent on the website widget.
Configure this under Settings → Messages → Privacy message in your Aysali Bot admin panel.
Website widget behavior
When Active is enabled and registration is not required (see below), visitors see a privacy screen inside the chat widget before chatting:
- Title and Message explain your policy
- Optional Optional link opens your full policy (with custom Link name)
- Accept button text / Decline button text label the actions (defaults: Accept / Decline)
- Declined message is shown if the user clicks Decline (the decline button is then removed)
After Accept, approval is stored in the browser and the chat initializes normally.
