Message authoring

The admin message editor and automated messages (welcome, follow-up, offline, ticket welcome, Telegram welcome, chatbot prompts, and more) support lightweight markup — not raw HTML.

Use this syntax in any Message textarea in Aysali Bot settings and in agent replies where formatting is enabled.

Pair formatted text with merge fields to personalize automated messages.

Plain URLs become clickable links automatically.

To set a custom link label, append #sb-LABEL to the URL. Use -- instead of spaces in the label.

You typeRenders as
https://aysali.com#sb-Visit-our-siteLink text: Visit our site
https://docs.aysali.com/v1/en/bot/introduction#sb-Aysali-Bot-docsLink text: Aysali Bot docs

The #sb-… fragment is stripped from the href; only the part before #sb- is used as the destination URL.
