Admin
Display extra profile fields as columns in the Users table so agents can scan custom data without opening each profile.
Configure columns under Settings → Admin → Users table additional columns in your Aysali Bot admin panel.
Add columns

Open settings
Go to Settings → Admin → Users table additional columns.

Add a column
Click Add in the repeater and enter the field slug in Name (column header is derived from the slug).

Save
Save settings and open the Users area in the admin panel to see the new columns.
Slug format
Each column shows the value of a user detail or extra user detail field. Enter the field slug, not the display label:
- Slugs are lowercase
- Spaces become hyphens (
-)

Standard profile fields (email, name, and built-in details) use their system slug. Custom fields created in user profiles use the slug defined when the extra detail was added.
User types
Every row in the Users table has a user type. Agents and admins are separate types (see Agents and admins).

|---|---|
| user | Any contact with an email address on their profile |
| lead | A contact with no user details, who was registered automatically, and who has at least one conversation |
| visitor | A contact who has not started a conversation |
