Admin

The Aysali Bot admin area is a Progressive Web App (PWA). You can install it on desktop, Mac, iPhone, or Android and use it like a standalone app — with its own window or home-screen icon — while it still loads from your bot host URL.

The help link on Settings → Admin → Manifest file URL points here.

Install the admin PWA

Open your workspace Admin URL from the tenant portal (for example https://360-bot.aysali.com/admin.php) in a supported browser, then follow the steps for your device.

Desktop (Chrome)

  1. Sign in to the admin panel.
  2. In the address bar, click the Install icon (+ or computer-with-arrow, depending on Chrome version).
  3. Confirm Install to add Aysali Bot to your applications menu.

Android (Chrome)

  1. Open the admin URL in Chrome.
  2. Open the browser menu (⋮).
  3. Tap Add to Home screen (or Install app).
  4. Confirm Add.

iPhone, iPad, or Mac (Safari)

  1. Open the admin URL in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share button.
  3. Choose Add to Home Screen.
  4. Tap Add.

After installation, launch Aysali Bot from the home screen or app list like any other app.

Custom PWA icon and manifest

By default the admin uses the built-in manifest at \{your-bot-host\}/manifest.json (name Aysali Bot, icons under resources/pwa/icons/).

To use your own branding:

  1. Copy and edit manifest.json on your bot installation (next to admin.php) — set name, short_name, description, theme_color, and icons (include at least a 512×512 PNG).
  2. Host the file on your bot domain (same origin as admin.php).
  3. In the admin panel go to Settings → Admin → Manifest file URL and enter the full URL to your custom manifest.json.
  4. Save settings and reinstall or refresh the PWA on devices so the new icon applies.

Offline behavior

The admin registers a service worker for basic offline handling. You still need network access for live chat, API calls, and real-time updates; the PWA is intended for quick access and a native-like window, not full offline support.
